Building Salvage	Craigslist - You can put nearly anything on Craigslist and someone will come take it. We used this to sell our old Fir flooring, our clawfoot tub, etc. We also used it to give away remnants from the old house like leftover paint, a baseboard electric heater, wood scraps, etc.	seattle.craigslist.org

Flooring Products	EcoCork - The natural stain click-together plank flooring worked well, was easy to install and looks like it will hold up well. We used the stained cork product on the main floor which doesn't look like it will hold up as well in the long run.	www.ecoproducts.com
Ventilation System	Fantech - We installed a Fantech HRV with an inline HEPA filter. Basically, this is a whole house fan that extracts the heat out of waste air before expelling it from the house and transfers it to the incoming fresh air after running it through a HEPA filter.	www.fantech.net
